We provide practical maintenance and finishing work to help get rental properties ready for new tenants quickly and to a good standard. This can include plaster repairs, decorating, damaged wall and ceiling repairs, minor alterations, surface preparation and general finishing work following a tenancy. We work with landlords, letting agents and property managers, helping deal with several jobs in one visit where possible to keep turnaround times straightforward.
